Find Derwent Edge

Derwent Edge is in the village of Portinscale, 1 mile west of Keswick at the north end of Derwent Water.

Directions

Leave the A66 at junction for Portinscale. On arrival in Portinscale, turn left at 'The Farmers' pub. You will see some private parking areas on your left. The parking for Derwent Edge is the second bay on the left, indicated by a name plate showing 2, Derwent Edge. After parking, walk down the steps from the car park, through the gate, bearing to the right, taking you to the rear of the cottages. Derwent Edge is the second cottage along, the walls painted cream. The key may be accessed from the key-safe on the outside of the door. Visitors will be supplied with the code number prior to arrival. The door leads directly into the entrance porch.
